What age is Child Runway for?
It is made for children aged about 2 to 6. Videos are short (under a minute), calm and focused on one idea at a time.
Is it really free to try?
Yes. Every topic has free videos that play without signing in. A subscription unlocks the whole library and every new video we add during the year.
How much does it cost?
One simple plan: about US$5 per year, shown in your local currency in Google Play or the App Store. It renews yearly until you cancel.
Can I use it on more than one phone?
One subscription works on one phone at a time, on Android or iPhone, with the same email. Moving to a new phone takes a few seconds — up to 3 times a month.
How does the lock work?
On Android the app uses App pinning, protected by your phone PIN. On iPhone and iPad it uses Apple’s Guided Access with your passcode. The app walks you through it the first time.
Does it need the internet?
Only to download videos and check your subscription. Once videos are on the phone they play offline. Premium videos keep working for 7 days without a connection.
What data do you collect?
Only the parent’s email (for sign-in and the subscription) and which phone is signed in. Nothing from your child — their name, progress and stickers stay on the phone.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions or App Store → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the paid year.
